The Estate of Leon Hamilton was a huge success! In the midst of all the rain this month, the sun finally decided to come out for a day and provided perfect weather for this Saturday auction!  People came from all around to attend the auction, including bidders all the way from South Carolina and Michigan! 

The Estate consisted of a house and five parcels of raw land totaling 468 +/- Acres.  Each parcel of land had something to offer, attracting prospects from all different areas.  There was farm land, hunting land, residential tracts, investment property and the 1,992 +/- square foot home.

The auction kicked off at 10:00 AM at the house under the American flag tent and continued until about 12:00 Noon when everything was sold!  "It was a great time!" commented Michael Nance, a member of the Amerisouth team.  It appeared everyone would agree with that as crowds of people gathered to converse, laughing and chatting while eating Smokey C's Bar-B-Q, who catered lunch to the event.  

"The auction went very well," said Amerisouth's auctioneer Bryan Knox.  "We were all extrememly pleased with the outcome".
