Amerisouth successfully sold Bean Acres on Saturday May 1, 2010.  There were well over 100 registered bidders and approximatley 150 people on site.  "We were extremely exited about the results for our sellers" commented Emmette Barran of Amerisouth.  "We were overwhelmed with the amount of interest in the property and fielded well over fifty calls before the auction" added Barran. 

The property was eventually sold to three different buyers.  "The interest in small rural lots in alive and well" commented Barran.
