A live auction is held at your property or in a local facility. Each auction is conducted by professional auctioneers and staff, knowledgeable of the real estate market, contracts, financing and settlement procedures.
Brochures featuring your property with pictures and detailed information will be distributed to potential buyers. This extensive exposure canvases the various markets by hitting groups of buyers that will come and competitively bid on your property.
Targeted markets will receive brochures by direct mail. This puts the information directly into the hands of the buyers with a definite interest in your type of property. Our private data base contains names of potential participants. We also have access to extensive mailing lists targeted by geographic location and land ownership. Over 40 years of real estate experience and personal contacts are made available to you.
Your property also gains exposure through newspaper ads, trade journals and signs. These carefully placed ads and signs maximize the visibility of your property and thereby draw the buyers' attention to it. Our staff of auctioneers, brokers and sales associates sells real estate using the auction and conventional brokerage methods. Our success is measured by the results we produce.
Our goal is to sell 90 percent of the real estate we offer at auction. We can maintain this high percentage by qualifying the properties before we list the auction.
